Helpful Harry provides AI-generated legal information and practical guidance, document templates, and optional paid services. It is an information service and is not a substitute for regulated legal advice.

Helpful Harry provides legal information and practical guidance, not legal advice. For regulated legal advice, consult a qualified professional. We are not a law firm and no solicitor-client relationship is created by using the service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings.

4. Paid services

Paid “Request Services” (such as letter drafting or contract review) are delivered on a best-efforts basis by our team. Pricing is shown before purchase. Refunds are handled case by case.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for decisions you make based on information provided by the service.
