How to get a refund on faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

If something goes wrong within 30 days of purchase, you have a short-term right to reject the goods and get a full refund.

After 30 days but within six months, the retailer gets one opportunity to repair or replace the item before you can claim a refund.

Always contact the retailer you bought from, not the manufacturer. Harry can help you write a clear letter quoting your statutory rights.
